After use, the steam cleaner's safety cap cannot be opened immediately due to the steam and high temperature inside. To safely open the cap, follow these steps: 1) Unplug the power outlet, 2) Press the steam gun switch to release the steam, 3) Wait for the red dot to sink, then open the cap, and 4) Wait 2-3 minutes before adding water or clearing the remaining water.
